Thank you to everyone that attended this wonderful and successful evening hosted by Wouter and Glynnis Labuschagne. Congratulations to every award and trophy, every one was well deserved.

01 June, 2021 - Message from our President

Summer has come and gone, autumn didn’t even show its true colours and so we are in winter even before we had a chance to prepare for it. As the seasons move from one to the other, so also does our club move along at a steady pace, and before we know it, we are again preparing for interclub competitions.

Thank you to all our club members, who had the confidence in me to elect me as your new president. The committee and I will do our utmost best to keep our club on the same high standard that we all got used to.

The club is only as strong as its members, and I therefore urge you to not lose motivation in these tough times we are in, and as we once again move into a time of zoom meetings, please do not be discouraged. We need all your special photos to keep our club amongst the top of our region, and therefore also amongst one of the top clubs in our country.

We will keep you updated on all developments on this website, as well as on the whatsapp group.

Let your photography remain an inspiration to all and a safe place of comfort to relax from a world of pressure and stress.

April, 2021 - Message from the President

2021 is ‘n jaar van ‘n nuwe begin met nuwe uitdagings. Ons President, Peter Cavanagh het besluit om bietjie ‘n ruskansie te neem en sy plek word tans volgestaan deur Wouter Labuschagne. Ons will graag ook hier vir Peter dankie sê vir sy onbaatsugtige diens, wat hy altyd met volle ywer uitgevoer het. Peter was altyd geheel en al toeganklik vir elke lid en baie mededeelsaam met sy kennis.

Peter built a strong structure for his new committee and we appreciate the strong foundation he has built. This leaves us with a new road ahead, and in this regard we especially aim to communicate with our members with all means at our disposal. In this regard it is especially our website, with updated member information and pictures and our facebook page which are going to see drastic changes. The committee as it currently stands are: Wouter Labuschagne President, Johan Frost Vice President, Glynnis Labuschagne Financial matters, admin & Photovault the backbone of the club. Hannes Claassens Public Relations Officer and Facebook, with Heinnie Prinsloo for workshops.

We look forward to an interesting year and undertake to always try to keep the needs of our members our priority.

This day was a huge success thanks to the committee and organizers who put in all the time and effort to make this day special, thanks to Wouter and Glynnis Labuschagne for making their home available to host this event. The theme was people of the world.

Congratulations to all trophy and price winners, it was all well deserved.
